Character: Kira is an emotionless girl. She never smiles, except for when she is showing of her powers. She likes tarot and tarot cards, and controls ice.

History: Kira is the only child of a hardworking couple. Her parents were never at home and didn't care much for her. While she was always alone, she used to wander in the snowy lands outside of town. There, she developed her affinity for the element ice. At the age of 10, she and a few other girls were summoned to the imperial city for a ritual. This ritual happened every 10 years, when an especially warm year was about to come. The ritual sacrificed a girl to the goddes of Ice, Celsius, in order to keep her pleased. This time, Kira was chosen.
She was sacrificed and locked up in the Tower of Cahuac, a tower made of crystal, unendly high. However, after a year, when the priests came back to recover her body, she was still alive and murdered them all. After that, no more sacrifices were made, and Kira remained in the Tower on the top floor, where she still lives after hundreds of years. It is said that she and had become the closest friend to the goddess of Ice.
